Image film production: “Around the world with Maybach”
As moving image partners of luxury automobile manufacturer Maybach, ByLauterbach produced the image films for their “Going Places“ tour in 2010 and 2011.
Impressive images at exclusive locations – our aim was to capture the unique experience Maybach is famous for, with only a small production team and innovative camera techniques. The pictures, taken in San Francisco, Peking, Cannes, Venice, etc. were accompanied by an original composition.

Clixmix – the cost and ad-free online portal for kids by ByLauterbach
Clixmix is a joint initiative by Deutsche Post (German postal service) and Stiftung Lesen (Reading Foundation) and gives primary school children the opportunity to discover and analyse the diversity of different aspects of their life through games and multimedia.
Clixmix not only stands for child-friendly knowledge transfer (i.e. teaching), but also for the development of media competencies: The children are in a safe, ad-free and child-friendly environment. An intuitive user interface and the age-appropriate design takes the user behaviour of the kids into consideration and supports their first steps into a digital world.
Clixmix’s patron is Dr. Annette Schavan, Federal Minister of Education and Research. The portal has not only won a number of awards and seals of quality, but also the hearts of its users, the children. Recently the portal was awarded the Goldener Spatz (Golden Sparrow) for the website category. A children's jury, chosen from hundreds of 10 to 12-year-old candidates, praised the high fun factor, the educational content, the design, and the intuitive interface.

Moving the masses with BMW Motorsport
Over the past few years, BMW Motorsport has taken a prominent position in sports communications – especially considering their involvement with Formula 1 and their participation in the 24h races. Their return to the DTM will help support this position. Their very presence, both on the track and in all communications concerning BMW Motorsport, will be emotional, unique, and absolute benchmarks of the DTM.
The goal is to raise awareness for BMW Motorsport activities, and at the same time establish an emotional connection to the BMW M series vehicles, to enhance BMW's reputation and to strengthen the core of the brand.
BMW Motorsport will turn the DTM into an essential, exciting, and long-lasting experience, supported by ByLauterbach as the brand’s long-term media partner.

BMW i. Born Electric
BMW i stands for a new generation of automobile, combining energy efficiency and sustainability with premium quality and the comforts inherent to the brand. Visionary vehicles, inspiring designs, and modern mobility solutions are distinguishing marks of this brand and give character to a new form of living.
ByLauterbach was tasked with introducing this modern lifestyle in moving images: Electronic mobility as a unique driving experience and a new, intelligent understanding of premium mobility.
Image films and a documentary of the international Born Electric Tour served to present an authentic and individual brand in digital media. The film soundtrack was an original creation by famous Hollywood composer Abel Korzeniowski, and was recorded by a London orchestra in Abbey Road Studios (Studio One). A unique project for an innovative concept.

Corporate film for Mercedes-Benz vans
Mercedes-Benz vans, boasting a vast amount of storage space, stand for high-quality production and a modern interpretation. We were briefed by the Stuttgart-based premium manufacturer to create stunning product films for the new Mercedes-Benz Viano models, as well as image films to convey the lifestyle offered by the product and the brand. The production was also documented as a making-of.
Our goal was to present the product authentically and realistically, to enthral the target audience with the brand.
With the help of a very solid team and the newest production technology, we generated stunning promotional images, which were brought together in postproduction to form emotional clips.

Laureus World Sports Awards - Branded Entertainment
The Laureus World Sports Award is the most significant commendation in international sports events, and is awarded to top stars of the sporting world in seven categories. As the long-term media partner to the awards, ByLauterbach supports this communication with Branded Content.
Our involvement includes the production and distribution of TV footage covering the event, and designing news segments for use on online portals.
The images give viewers an exclusive insight into the sporting elite, with their distinctive creative storytelling.
They also present the unique character of the Laureus Sport For Good Foundation, which aims to support social change via the power of sport.
MEDION Digital Love
MEDION offers functional, high-quality consumer electronics products to budget-conscious customers. ByLauterbach supports the marketing of the branded products and aims to connect sales with emotions. In addition we aim to give MEDION a solid position in the market, in accordance with the brand’s core attributes.
One example of the connection between the product and emotions in moving images is the “Digital Love-Story“, produced for the IFA 2011. The film shows customers the product diversity and the fun factor of MEDION devices.

Fashion and Lifestyle - Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week
Twice a year, Germany's capital becomes a fashion metropolis – with ByLauterbach responsible for the production of Branded Content and overall media management. The “Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Berlin“ attracts international publicity. Designers and VIP guests are the focus of attention, both for the public and the media.
On behalf of our partner Mercedes-Benz, ByLauterbach generates exciting footage and interesting reports on fashion, people, and brands for TV and online portals. The keys to success are authentic storytelling, exclusive content, and extensive media services. The communication package is rounded off by consistently extending the strategic coverage via digital channels (such as the distribution of online reports via download).

Music BluRay: “Black Country Communion - Live over Europe”
Black Country Communion is an English-American rock band, featuring former member of Deep Purple Glenn Hughes (vocals/bass), drummer Jason Bonham, keyboard player Derek Sherinian, and occasional guitar player and singer Joe Bonamassa.
ByLauterbach joined the band on their 2011 tour through Europe with a team of 20 dedicated employees to produce a commercial music BluRay. All the songs and moments from “live on stage“, with exclusive “behind the scenes“ footage – a stunning highlight for everyone (not just their fans!)
ByLauterbach’s creative director Philippe Klose and his crew successfully created a unique Live-BluRay. The concept by which the live footage is presented is a step above normal concert documentation, which caused a sensation in the international music scene – and plenty of positive feedback.

“Condor rolls out the red carpet.“
In Condor's flight safety video, which hit the airwaves on 1 April 2011, the best look-a-likes in Europe show passengers that safety can be fun.
The concept, developed and implemented by ByLauterbach GmbH under the creative management of Christoph Deja, aims to convey the high safety standards on board the flight and an equally high level of entertainment. Stars such as It-Girl Paris Hilton and her pampered pooch, Michael “Schumi“ Schumacher, the Queen, or even heroes from long ago, such as Charlie Chaplin or Elvis join forces in the name of in-flight safety. Never has security been more diverse and charming.
ByLauterbach and Condor present flyers a flight safety video which treads a new and unique path: The combination of seriousness and entertainment for a memorable experience.

Kunert TV Spot
Laddered tights are a thing of the past – in 2010, hosiery manufacturer Kunert introduced Chinchillan, a new, innovative pair of tights.
The product, and the inspired feeling it invokes, was cast in a TV spot broadcast throughout Germany. Using digital 35mm camera techniques, creative director Philippe Klose and the studio produced a very high quality advertisement.

“Show me your race“ - Rizla Suzuki MotoGP
In the past few years, Rizla has been active as the main sponsor of the Rizla Suzuki MotoGP team, which starred in the Motorcycle World Championship until 2011.
ByLauterbach was responsible for consulting services and the development of moving image communication for a tightly-defined target group. Our goal was to activate the sponsorship in core European markets, specifically Germany and the UK. Footage and reports were produced in the run-up to the event and at key points throughout the season, and were made available to TV and online media.
One of the production highlights is the film “Show me your race“, in which Italian motorcycle racer Loris Capirossi talks through his racing experience.
